| This simple potato salad has a decidedly Polish taste with the addition of caraway seed, adding a nutty, rye-like flavor. Don't skip the paprika. It not only adds color, but also a fruity-smoky accent. Serve with hearty roasted meats. Also makes good picnic fare, especially with fried chicken. Omit the mayonnaise for a lighter salad. |
