Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, green onion, and garlic for marinade. |

Add beef and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour. |

Meanwhile, prepare sauce by combining soy sauce, sesame oil, water, mirin, sesame seeds, green onions, chili garlic sauce, garlic, sugar, and salt to taste. |

Heat a large, nonstick skillet to high heat. Cook meat to medium stage (slightly pink). |

Serve with sauce on side. |
