1 teaspoon(s) Cumin seeds
1 Onion, diced
3/4 cup(s) Mushrooms, diced
1 teaspoon(s) Turmeric
1 teaspoon(s) Coriander, ground
1 teaspoon(s) Chili powder
2 cup(s) Basmati rice, cooked
2 tablespoon(s) Cilantro, fresh, chopped
4 Tomatoes, large and firm


Instructions:
1. Heat ghee in a skillet, add cumin seeds and cook until they pop. Add onions and saut; until translucent.
2. Add mushrooms, turmeric, coriander, and chili powder, and saut; for 5 minutes.
3. Add rice, cilantro, and salt; mix, and remove from heat.
4. Prepare the tomatoes by cutting off their tops and scooping out the flesh.
5. Fill the tomatoes with the rice mixture and serve at room temperature.
