Season pork with salt and pepper. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan; stir and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. |

Place the pork in a shallow pan and pour the mixture over. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. |

Thread 4 strips of pork on each skewer. |
