Yogurt Soup
Many Middle Eastern creamed soups are made with yogurt instead of cream. This refreshing cold soup combines the fresh tastes of cucumber and mint with tangy yogurt. Serve with pita bread.

1 teaspoon(s) Garlic, minced
6 tablespoon(s) Cold water
2 Cucumbers, sliced into small strips
2 teaspoon(s) Fresh dill
1 pint(s) Yogurt
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish


Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except mint leaves.
2. If desired, blend mixture to give a thick, creamy consistency.
3. Garnish with fresh mint, chill, and serve.
