| Instructions: |

In a large saucepan, heat oil and saut; onion until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook until tomatoes are soft. |

Add chicken, peppercorns, ground pepper, bay leaves, vinegar, paprika, water, and salt to taste. |

Simmer until meat is tender, about 40 minutes. |
