The shipping charges depend on the shipping destination, shipping weight and method of shipment.Also, no sales tax is charged (excluding Illinois) when you order with us - a savings of 4 to 10% of your total order.

- Circle the product(s) on the sales invoice and include the Return Number Customer Care provides
- Send the item(s) back to us with its original packaging, accessories and the sales invoice to the address provided by the Customer Care Professional.
- For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you desire, please let us know why you're returning the item(s) so we can continue to provide the best service and products. We will issue a full refund to your Ethnicgrocer.com account for the price of any returned item that is in its original packaging and is in good condition. If your purchase did not meet your expectation for any reason, please notify our customer care department at 630-860-1733. To expedite the return process, please call Customer Care to obtain two very important pieces of information
1) The RETURN NUMBER
2) The correct RETURN MAILING ADDRESS
Please note: All products have a 30 day return guarantee (CDs, DVDs, and multimedia must be returned unopened), except for perishable foods (i.e. fruits and vegetables) which are not returnable.
The Customer Care Professional that you speak with will provide you all of the necessary information to facilitate your return, including the RETURN NUMBER and the RETURN MAILING ADDRESS. Please follow their instructions and your return will be processed accurately and quickly.
